WHAT IS A VFA JOB FAIR?
The Northeast Job Fair in Baltimore, Maryland, will bring together 50+ startups and 100+ Fellows for a full day of interviews and networking. We'll pre-arrange interviews based on your candidate preferences in addition to leaving open time for networking with additional Fellows and companies.
VFA Job Fairs are exclusive events for both hiring partners and candidates. If you have ideas about other companies who should attend, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before sharing the link widely.

In past years, companies were 2x more likely to hire a Fellow if they attended a Job Fair and half of Fellows received offers from a company they met at a Job Fair. Meeting in person early in the process is the single best way to stand out in a competitive market.
Save time and money
You'll have the chance to pack into hours what would take days of scheduling individuals calls or site visits with Fellows. We've found this is the most efficient way to gauge culture fit before inviting someone for a final round interview.
